The football itself. IGN's Andrew McMahon (7/10) wrote that "the action in EA Sports FC 27 is enjoyable once again". What critics didn't
Most reviews describe an incremental update. Eurogamer's Josh Wise (3/5) called it "smart iterations and steady developments" that "mark a decent forward step for EA's FC series, amidst the usual cynicism." The new social mode, The Grounds, takes most of the criticism. TheSixthAxis (8/10) wrote that "The Grounds is currently quite basic and needs expanding upon".
